To study on an official bachelor's degree, your school document must be recognised in Spain. While the decision is pending, you can study on a temporary slip.
Spain's Ministry of Education recognises the certificate as equivalent to the Spanish Bachillerato. Only fully completed years count, and recognition as Bachiller needs your grades for the last 3 years.

S-unedasiss-not-all-unisThe Russian certificate of secondary general education (attestat) is homologated directly to the Spanish Título de Bachiller. In the equivalence table grade 11 corresponds to 1º Bachillerato (Spanish schooling lasts 12 years), yet the homologation is still issued to the Título de Bachiller — no extra year or foundation programme is needed for it. Foundation programmes are universities' own courses: for example, the Health Science Foundation Year at Universidad Europea de Madrid is a private, non-official degree, and the International Foundation Program at Universidad de Navarra costs 12,500.40 € for 2026-27. A preparatory course (curso cero) that a university offers to already-admitted students before studies start is different: for the study permit it counts as part of higher studies.
Homologation does not exempt you from the other admission requirements: admission to a given university follows its own rules.
