University's own test
There are entrance tests. The Grado en Ciencia de Datos page describes the procedure: an online application, then only two tests — a mathematics exam (40%) and a psychometric test (60%). The maths exam lasts one hour with multiple-choice questions at ESO level. The psychometric test also lasts one hour and assesses basic intellectual aptitudes. The access score is 40% from the tests and 60% from the average of the core subjects of the first year of Bachillerato; places are allocated strictly by ranking. For reference: Russian grade 11 is matched with 1º Bachillerato in the equivalence table.
