Via PCE UNEDasiss
A Russian school certificate is homologated in Spain as the Spanish Título de Bachiller. To raise the admission grade (nota de admisión) you can take UNED's PCE exams (or the PAU — the compulsory access phase and, optionally, the admission phase); your application is then ranked with PAU candidates in phase A or B. On this route access is proven with the UNED accreditation issued through UNEDasiss, which states the grade used for admission and enrolment. Without PCE the grade falls between 5 and 6 points; the admission grade is on a scale of up to 14 points, and relevant subjects carry weights of 0.1 or 0.2. You can take up to 6 PCE subjects; non-EU applicants without an agreement are advised to take at least four on the first attempt. The description of this route mentions no separate university exam — PCE or PAU play the role of entrance exams. Pre-registration (preinscripción) is online at sies.uniovi.es.
2026/2027 dates: phase A pre-registration for a homologated certificate with UNED accreditation was extended to 7 July. UNEDasiss accepts applications from 4 February to 1 December; apply at least 6 weeks before university registration closes; until homologation is granted the accreditation is only provisional. After each allocation of places (adjudicación) you must confirm that you stay on the waiting list, or you drop out of later rounds. Non-EU students are advised to check, before enrolling, the visa requirements on study regime and number of credits; full-time study in year one means more than 42 ECTS (maximum 90).

A Russian school certificate is homologated as the Spanish Bachiller, so you can apply through the route for non-EU countries without an agreement — with a homologation credential (credencial de homologación) from the Spanish Ministry of Education. The access grade is the one on the credential; with a provisional credential you compete with 5 points and must submit the final documents during the academic year. This route has no exams, but you can only compete for places left vacant after phases A and B: you will see your status only at the first allocation of phase C. The homologation application is filed with the Ministry (if you are already in Spain) or at a Spanish consulate in your country.
Pre-registration requires a copy of your passport (or NIE) and a homologation credential issued after 8 June 2014. All documents issued abroad must be translated into Spanish by a sworn translator and duly legalised.
