In Catalonia a Russian school certificate falls under the rules for non-EU education systems: Russia is not on the reciprocity list. First comes homologation of the certificate (it is recognised as the Título de Bachiller); those living outside Catalonia apply to Spain's Ministry of Education. Then the exams: the PAU in Catalonia, the EBAU in another region, or the PCE at UNEDasiss (Spanish language and literature, a foreign language, history or history of philosophy, and a modality subject such as mathematics). Access mark = 0.4 × average of the compulsory exams + 0.6 × school average, at least 5.00; with voluntary subjects the admission mark (nota de admisión) goes up to 14 points. Pre-registration (preinscripción) is at https://accesuniversitat.gencat.cat. URV has a dedicated page on bachelor's admission for students who studied abroad — check it.
If you have passed the exams but the homologation has not arrived yet, pre-register on time and upload the documents before pre-registration closes (normally the end of October). The sources have no URV data on prices, places or language of instruction.
